本项目建设2×600MW超临界机组,总装机容量1200MW,机组年利用小时数为5500小时,年上网电量约为66亿kWh。本项目建成后向华北电网送电

the Project involves the installation of 2×600MW supercritical units with the total installed capacity of 1200MW, the annual availability hours are 5500hs and the annual output generated by the Project is estimated to be 6.6 billion kWh. The objective of the Project is to generate and sell electricity to the North China Grid (NCG).

项目减排原理

The emission reduction technology to be employed

本项目采用超临界燃煤发电技术,净热效率达42%左右。国内超临界燃煤技术发电煤耗小于300gkWh,相对同容量的亚临界技术提高了机组效率,从而减少单位发电量的燃煤量,实现CO2减排。

The supercritical coal-fired power generation technology utilized in the Project makes the net thermal efficiency up to 42% around. This technology in China has less than 300gce/kWh[1] standard coal consumption of power generation and enhances operational performance compared with the same scale subcritical power technology, so as to decrease coal consumption per kWh electricity and achieve CO2 emission reduction. [1] gce: gram (standard) coal equivalent. Standard coal is used for the uniform energy criterion in China. All kinds of energy can be converted into standard coal pro rata. According to the national standard General principles for calculation of total production energy consumption GB2589-81, the solid fuel with 29.27MJ (or 7000kcal) average net calorific value is called 1kg standard coal. Standard coal equivalent (SCE) is used through this PDD for conversion criterion of the fuel coal utilized in the Project. Here 290gce/kWh is equivalent to 8488.3kJ/kWh.
