本项目装机为90MW的水电项目，地点位于甘肃省境内，年发电量3.91亿度，发电量接入西北电网。
The proposed Hydro Power Project is located in Gansu Province P.R.China. The total capacity is 90MW. The annual output is estimated to be 39 1,000MWh The project will connect to the Northwest China Power Grid. |

本项目实施后，将通过替代西北电网中部分火电厂的发电量，从而获得温室气体减排效果。
The electricity generated by the project will displace part of the electricity generated by Northwest China Grid dominated by thermal power plants. |
