项目《建设项目环境影响报告》和《工程可行性研究报告》文件已批复。2008年底开始施工，预计2010年初投入运行。PDD初稿已完成。准备申请东道国批准函。
The “Environmental Impact Assessment” and “Feasibility Study” for the project have been approved. The construction has started since the end of 2008 and the project will be commissioned in early 2010. The first draft of PDD has been completed. Preparation for the application of Letter of Approval from the Host Country. |
