该项目的目标是利用效率较高的大锅炉，新建配套的区域供热管网，为该项目区域内的民用、公用及商用建筑物提供冬季供热，替代现有的分散式低效燃煤小锅炉房，以提高热力供应的能源利用效率，治理采暖季城区煤烟型大气环境污染，减少产热煤耗并降低CO2的排放量。
该项目设计实现年减排量约20万吨CO2e。
The objective is to utilize large high-efficiency boilers, matching new district heating pipe network to supply winter heat to residential and commercial consumers, and replace existing small scattered inefficient coal-fired boiler rooms to improve the energy efficiency, control the urban air pollution in heating seasons, reduce the coal consumption and mitigate the CO2 emissions. The project is designed to achieve annual emission reductions of about 200,000 tCO2e. |
